Jersey Boys, the Four Seasons bio-musical, has announced this week it is to tour the UK, and the West Midlands is top of the tour list
The show closes in London’s West End soon and will begin its second tour at the end of the year, in late December 2017 (d’you see what we did there?)
The production will then open its UK tour at the New Alexandra Theatre in Birmingham on December 16 2017 and play the West Midlands Theatre over Christmas right through to January 6 2018
WHAT’S IT ABOUT?
Jersey Boys, based on the story of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, is written by Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice, with music by Bob Gaudio and lyrics by Bob Crewe. The show has won 57 major awards worldwide, including the OLIVIER AWARD for BEST NEW MUSICAL and tells the true life story of four boys from the wrong side of the tracks who wrote their own songs, invented their own unique sound, and sold 100 million records worldwide.
LEGENDARY HIT AFTER HIT
